Philip Hamilton

Caladwich Founder & Managing Director

As Managing Director of Caladwich Consulting, Philip Hamilton is responsible for contract execution and oversight, including operation and logistic solutioning, data and analysis review, quality assurance, and ensuring all contract deliverables are executed with precision. He has served multiple tours in Iraq as an Infantry Company Commander, where he earned the Purple Heart and Bronze Star with Oak Leaf Cluster. He served as Supply Chain Consultant and Subject Matter Expert in the private sector, supporting Fortune 100 and 500 companies before founding Caladwich Consulting, LLC.

Matt Seipt

Director of Business Development

Strategist and business development leader with success in developing multimillion-dollar relationships and capturing new business while managing complex programs across defense, government, and industry.  Known for developing and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve superior results in cost sensitive environment. 25+ years of global communications, logistics innovation, program management, and strategic planning experience; 10 years in Information Technology (IT) enabled services, Supply Chain Management, Financial Budget and Audit Compliance; 10+ years of experience with non-profit organizations.   Retired Marine Corps Officer and Combat Veteran.  Focused on people, process, and the future.

Bridgette Farrow

Director of Operations, Project Management Support

Bridgette Farrow oversees the administrative and financial operations at Caladwich ensuring the fiscal health of the company and the contracts we support. Ms. Farrow has 12+ years experience in Operations Management supporting multi-million-dollar companies in the private sector. Ms. Farrow brings her private sector expertise to support all facets of contract execution, including HR, recruiting, personnel development, program management, and planning and logistics process improvement.

Atif Aleemi

Director of IT Solutions

Mr. Atif Aleemi has more than 30 years’ experience delivering technology enabled business performance solutions to government and commercial clients in healthcare, oil & gas, finance and telecommunications fields.  He has extensive experience in delivering modernized cloud-based solutions including: EMR/EHR, patient communications, care coordination, population health, business intelligence and revenue cycle services for large enterprises. As a cybersecurity professional, he has delivered reference architectures and secure solutions including based on Zero Trust model. He developed new models for client account management, including definition of network operations center (NOC) for monitoring client business performance. Mr. Aleemi architected the framework and deployed a Web-based enterprise system to support Navy’s IT rationalization and portfolio management initiative. He contributed to the development of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) collaboration and information sharing architecture. He has PMP and CISSP Certifications and is a Certified Scrum Master (Agile Development), backed by BS and MBA degrees.

Eric Holley

Manager of Federal Health/Proposal Manager

Mr. Eric Holley served as Naval Hospital Corpsman for 10 years providing medical care and expertise to active duty Sailors, Marines and family members. He has worked as an Aerospace Physiology Technician and Water Survival Instructor providing training to Naval Aircrew. He has served as a COR and has over 10 additional years of corporate PM experience on Federal Healthcare  Staffing Contracts. Mr. Holley has managed large personal and non-personal services contracts such as US Air Force CLASS, Army Direct Care Managed Services (ADCMS), Navy Multiple Award Task Order (MATO) and Defense Health Agency Medical Q-Coded Services. Mr. Holley has worked alongside Government Counterparts at the highest levels to include Program Management Offices as well as with Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer Representatives across Department of Defense hospitals and clinics as well as VA Hospitals in the management of these Professional Healthcare Workers and Medical Support Staff contracts. He has personally managed over $400 million in Federal Contracts. He has been responsible for the establishment of PAR stock levels as well as the management of large GPO contracts such as MedLine, Cardinal Health, Novation, Owens & Minor and Baxter. Mr. Holley had additional responsibility for the management of and inventory of millions of dollars of hospital supplies to include capital equipment purchases. Mr. Holley is married to Heather Holley who currently serves on active duty in the US Air Force as a Health Administration Specialist at Keesler AFB. Together they have 7 children.

Zach Dolack

Supply Chain Analyst

Zach Dolack serves as a Supply Chain Analyst at Caladwich. Mr. Dolack is responsible for analyzing and executing material supply contracts to Federal agencies, including the Defense Logistics Agency. Mr. Dolack focuses on outreach and the development of strategic partnerships with manufacturers to maximize value to the government.

Hannah Joudi

Business Development Analyst

Hannah serves as a Business Development Analyst for Caladwich.   Hannah is responsible for opportunity research, outreach, and pipeline management through the use and management of company CRM platform and multiple government contract hosting websites.   Hannah also maintains the company SharePoint site, outward digital communications, and assists on RFIs and Proposals.  She is experienced in organizational structures of multiple government agencies and coordinates the Caladwich networking events.
