As Managing Director of Caladwich Consulting, Philip Hamilton is responsible for contract execution and oversight, including operation and logistic solutioning, data and analysis review, quality assurance, and ensuring all contract deliverables are executed with precision. He has served multiple tours in Iraq as an Infantry Company Commander, where he earned the Purple Heart and Bronze Star with Oak Leaf Cluster. He served as Supply Chain Consultant and Subject Matter Expert in the private sector, supporting Fortune 100 and 500 companies before founding Caladwich Consulting, LLC.

Bridgette Farrow

Director of Operations, Project Management Support

Bridgette Farrow oversees the administrative and financial operations at Caladwich ensuring the fiscal health of the company and the contracts we support. Ms. Farrow has 12+ years experience in Operations Management supporting multi-million-dollar companies in the private sector. Ms. Farrow brings her private sector expertise to support all layers facets of contract execution, including HR, recruiting, personnel development, program management, and planning and logistics process improvement.

Courtney Matia

Program Manager, Operations Support

Courtney Matia is the manager responsible for planning and executing active contracts at Caladwich. Since 2019, Ms. Matia has directed large-scale contracts for Federal Agencies. Ms. Matia leverages 15+ years of IT experience, corporate training experience, and applied analytical skills to meticulously facilitate contract execution, maximizing our team’s productivity while minimizing risk to our clients’ operational objectives. Over the course of her career, she has developed longstanding, highly productive professional relationships with Government contract administrators, particularly at the VA, while keeping client stakeholders informed and empowered through each stage of project execution.

Zach Dolack

Supply Chain Analyst

Zach Dolack serves as a Supply Chain Analyst at Caladwich. Mr. Dolack is responsible for analyzing and executing material supply contracts to Federal agencies, including the Defense Logistics Agency. Mr. Dolack focuses on outreach and the development of strategic partnerships with manufacturers to maximize value to the government.

Julia Bennett

Proposal Coordinator

Julia Bennett supports the strategic capture of business opportunities by directing Caladwich’s proposal development process. Ms. Bennett oversees all aspects of the solicitation response process, and is responsible for directing the Caladwich Writing Team to create winning proposals. She supports bid submission by synthesizing research and analysis, developing timelines, and ensuring compliance requirements are met. Ms. Bennett also supports functions related to contract administration and project management after award.

Jake Evans

Business Development Coordinator

Jake Evans supports Caladwich’s strategic growth by developing business capture strategies. Mr. Evans focuses on outreach and analysis to establish and cultivate opportunities with Federal, State, and Local Government procurement officials, and to form strategic alliances with partners that complement our capabilities when required. Mr. Evans has previous experience as a Project Manager supporting candidates running for U.S. Government Federal Offices.

Galey Richardson

Program Analyst

Galey Richardson works with leadership and the Business Development team to identify long-term capture opportunities. Ms. Richardson is responsible for research and analysis to allow the Caladwich team to fully understand Federal Agency long-term objectives. Her role supports our comprehensive understanding of Agency culture, mission and objectives, helping Caladwich develop solutions that best fit the needs of each Government Agency.
