As Managing Director of Caladwich Consulting, Philip Hamilton is responsible for contract execution and oversight, including operation and logistic solutioning, data and analysis review, quality assurance, and ensuring all contract deliverables are executed with precision. He has served multiple tours in Iraq as an Infantry Company Commander, where he earned the Purple Heart and Bronze Star with Oak Leaf Cluster. He served as Supply Chain Consultant and Subject Matter Expert in the private sector, supporting Fortune 100 and 500 companies before founding Caladwich Consulting, LLC.

Matt Seipt

Director of Business Development

Strategist and business development leader with success in developing multimillion-dollar relationships and capturing new business while managing complex programs across defense, government, and industry.  Known for developing and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve superior results in cost sensitive environment. 25+ years of global communications, logistics innovation, program management, and strategic planning experience; 10 years in Information Technology (IT) enabled services, Supply Chain Management, Financial Budget and Audit Compliance; 10+ years of experience with non-profit organizations.   Retired Marine Corps Officer and Combat Veteran.  Focused on people, process, and the future.

Bridgette Farrow

Director of Operations, Project Management Support

Bridgette Farrow oversees the administrative and financial operations at Caladwich ensuring the fiscal health of the company and the contracts we support. Ms. Farrow has 12+ years experience in Operations Management supporting multi-million-dollar companies in the private sector. Ms. Farrow brings her private sector expertise to support all facets of contract execution, including HR, recruiting, personnel development, program management, and planning and logistics process improvement.

Mark Beckler

Project Manager

Mark Beckler is a retired Army officer and attorney with experience developing defense policy, conducing legislative affairs, managing logistics, conducting operations, and building cross-functional teams to ensure mission success and achieve goals. He is an innovative thinker with strong acumen in law, technology, energy, and congressional appropriations.  He is an Army War College graduate and certified PMP.

Eric Johnson

Eric C. Johnson has served in numerous government capacities. From an infantry Marine in Iraq to the Office of National Drug Control Policy in the White House, Eric has served his country and fought to make it a safer place for the next generation. More recently, Eric has spent his time in local government service and the non-profit sector, helping people and organizations connect with their elected officials and impact their government. Eric has joined the Caladwich team to help meet government service needs with efficiency and professionalism.

Zach Dolack

Supply Chain Analyst

Zach Dolack serves as a Supply Chain Analyst at Caladwich. Mr. Dolack is responsible for analyzing and executing material supply contracts to Federal agencies, including the Defense Logistics Agency. Mr. Dolack focuses on outreach and the development of strategic partnerships with manufacturers to maximize value to the government.

Galey Richardson

Program Analyst

Galey Richardson works with leadership and the Business Development team to identify long-term capture opportunities. Ms. Richardson is responsible for research and analysis to allow the Caladwich team to fully understand Federal Agency long-term objectives. Her role supports our comprehensive understanding of Agency culture, mission and objectives, helping Caladwich develop solutions that best fit the needs of each Government Agency.
