Philip Hamilton
As Managing Director of Caladwich Consulting, Philip Hamilton is responsible for contract execution and oversight, including operation and logistic solutioning, data and analysis review, quality assurance, and ensuring all contract deliverables are executed with precision. He has served multiple tours in Iraq as an Infantry Company Commander, where he earned the Purple Heart and Bronze Star with Oak Leaf Cluster. He served as Supply Chain Consultant and Subject Matter Expert in the private sector, supporting Fortune 100 and 500 companies before founding Caladwich Consulting, LLC.

Bridgette Farrow
Bridgette Farrow oversees the administrative and financial operations at Caladwich ensuring the fiscal health of the company and the contracts we support. Ms. Farrow has 12+ years experience in Operations Management supporting multi-million-dollar companies in the private sector. Ms. Farrow brings her private sector expertise to support all facets of contract execution, including HR, recruiting, personnel development, program management, and planning and logistics process improvement.

Zach Logston
Marine Corps veteran with 10+ years’ experience in combat arms, base operations, and logistics support services. Zach manages capture and proposal management in addition to lead pipeline development and research at Caladwich. His pivotal role crosses all aspects of the Business Development Lifecyle and is in constant contact with Managing Director and partner companies to ensure business processes are aligned and communication is constant. Through open and client source resources, his research aligns opportunities with the company’s objectives, core capabilities, contract vehicles, and corporate partnerships. Zach is instrumental in guiding opportunities through the review process and providing direction for technical, staffing, and pricing strategies.

Shawn Maichle – CTR, CSMR
Shawn oversees all recruiting and staffing efforts for Caladwich, while also contributing to the clerical duties associated with employee finances, benefits administration, and overall administrative task of the company. He has served over 21 years in the Marine Corps with an extensive background in Network planning and engineering as well as communications architecture. Shawn possesses 10+ years of Human resources experience in important functions such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

Atif Aleemi – MBA, PMP, CISSP, CMMI
Mr. Atif Aleemi has more than 30 years’ experience delivering technology enabled business performance solutions to government and commercial clients in healthcare, oil & gas, finance and telecommunications fields. He has extensive experience in delivering modernized cloud-based solutions including: EMR/EHR, patient communications, care coordination, population health, business intelligence and revenue cycle services for large enterprises. As a cybersecurity professional, he has delivered reference architectures and secure solutions including based on Zero Trust model. He developed new models for client account management, including definition of network operations center (NOC) for monitoring client business performance. Mr. Aleemi architected the framework and deployed a Web-based enterprise system to support Navy’s IT rationalization and portfolio management initiative. He contributed to the development of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) collaboration and information sharing architecture. He has PMP and CISSP Certifications and is a Certified Scrum Master (Agile Development), backed by BS and MBA degrees.

She is a seasoned operational business strategist with 15+ years of business and operational leadership experience across healthcare settings. She is known for providing program leadership for new key initiatives implemented in local government and non-profit settings, resulting in $25 million dollars of funding for mental health contracts. With her team, she uses a coaching and mentoring-based leadership approach to build strong and confident team members ensuring project success.

United States Air Force Veteran with fifteen years of combined military and public- sector experience. Professional experience includes roles within operations management, knowledge management, and senior functional analyst positions at multiple government and Department of Defense (DoD) headquarter agencies.
Previously provided support to the Department of Veteran Affairs’ Office of Acquisition and Logistics (OAL) – Category Management Support Office (CMSO). Managed and audited Max.gov JIRA for Sprint planning and development of Epics, Tasks, User Stories, and Backlog creation for client regarding the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT system development.
Published Doctoral Dissertation: “Review of the Military’s Sexual Assault Prevention Programs”, with a direct qualitative study focused on public policy and cognitive analysis.
