Philip Hamilton

Caladwich Founder & Managing Director

As Managing Director of Caladwich, Philip Hamilton is responsible for contract execution and oversight, including operation and logistic solutioning, data and analysis review, quality assurance, and ensuring all contract deliverables are executed with precision. He has served multiple tours in Iraq as an Infantry Company Commander, where he earned the Purple Heart and Bronze Star with Oak Leaf Cluster. He served as Supply Chain Consultant and Subject Matter Expert in the private sector, supporting Fortune 100 and 500 companies before founding Caladwich.

Bridgette McCormick

Chief Operations Officer

Since 2019, Bridgette McCormick has overseen the administrative and financial operations at Caladwich, ensuring the fiscal health of the company and the contracts we support. With 12+ years experience in Operations supporting multi-million-dollar companies in the private sector, Bridgette brings her expertise to support all facets of contract execution. As Caladwich COO, Bridgette is responsible for the execution of all Caladwich contract operations, including Customer Engagement and Satisfaction, provisioning Deliverables, and setting the foundations for Business Development initiatives with our existing clients and partners.

Shawn Maichle – MSHRM

Human Resources Manager

Shawn oversees all recruiting and staffing efforts for Caladwich, while also contributing to the clerical duties associated with employee finances, benefits administration, and overall administrative task of the company. He has served over 21 years in the Marine Corps with an extensive background in Network planning and engineering as well as communications architecture. Shawn possesses 10+ years of Human resources experience in important functions such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

Johanna Harris

Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, Johanna Harris supports Caladwich’s strategic growth initiatives through opportunity identification, market research, capture support, and industry partnerships. She works closely with leadership to identify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and position Caladwich for continued success across the federal marketplace.

Before transitioning into government contracting, Johanna built an extensive career in luxury hospitality and consulting, where she drove consultative sales, cultivated executive client relationships, and led revenue growth initiatives for Michelin-star hospitality organizations, nonprofit organizations, and private consulting clients. She now leverages that background to build trusted relationships, understand client needs, and develop strategic partnerships that support Caladwich’s continued growth.

Program Manager

With more than 20 years of experience supporting the National Institutes of Health, Mrs. Barbara Adams is an accomplished project and operations leader with expertise in logistics, staff management, and customer service. Since becoming a Project Manager in 2016, She has successfully led cross-functional teams, managed complex projects, and delivered operational excellence through effective planning, collaboration, and resource management.

As a Project Manager for Caladwich, Mrs. Barbara provides leadership and oversight for daily operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Toni Ichihara

Western Regional Manager / Program Manager

Toni Ichihara is a retired Air Force Technical Sergeant with 32 years of distinguished government service across active-duty, civilian, and contractor roles. He brings extensive experience in global air mobility, logistics management, contingency operations, and mission support, with a proven background supporting Air Mobility Command, Global Support Squadrons, and Air Mobility Operations Groups.

As Caladwich’s Western Regional Manager, Toni provides leadership and logistics oversight for mission-critical operations supporting the 3d Marine Aviation Wing (MALS 11/16/39) at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar and Naval Construction Group ONE at Naval Base Ventura County. Recognized for his ability to lead teams, optimize resources, and improve operational performance, Toni delivers disciplined execution and effective logistics solutions that enhance readiness and mission success.
